What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal. All of our orders are processed in USD at checkout. They will all be converted at the best current exchange rate.

When will my order be shipped?

Once you place your order and the payment is verified, your order will be immediately processed, please allow up to 1-3 business days to receive your confirmation email, which includes your tracking information (if you picked priority shipping).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Will I have to pay International taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Note on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I need to change or cancel something on my order. How can I do that?

Once you place an order, you will be unable to change or cancel it, due to our orders being processed immediately as our priority is to have orders processed and shipped as soon as possible.

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order and is being processed! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please let us know within 30 days from receiving your order. Please review our Refund Policy to view these details.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item(s) I received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing. Please review our Refund Policy to view these details.

How long is the return process, and when will I receive my refund?

Processing returns may take up to 5 business days from the day we receive your return. You should receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
